Das erste Finale des heutigen Tages ist jetzt auch vorbei. Tania Cagnotto aus Italien konnte sich in einem spannenden Finale an die Spitze setzen. Es ist bereits ihr 15. (!!!) EM-Titel.
Auf Platz 2 schaffte es Nadezhda Bazhina aus Russland. Den 3. Platz konnte sich Olena Federova erkämpfen. Nora Subschinski schaffte es leider nur auf Platz 9.  Sie hat aber sowohl im 3m Wettkampf am Sonntag, als auch morgen im 3m Synchronspringen zusammen mit ihrer Partnerin Tina Punzel noch einmal die Chance auf eine Medaille.

The first final is done for today. Tania Cagnotto from Italy realized her 15th (!!!) European Champion title!
It has been an exciting event, where Nadezhda Bazhina from Russia took the second place, right in  front of Olena Federova out of Ukraine.  Nora could manage to take the 9th place, unfortunately. But she still got the chance to win a medal. She will compete tomorrow in the 3m synchronized event together with Tina Punzel and on Sunday when the 3m women event will take place.

Der erste Vorkampf für heute ist vorbei. Es haben sich 12 Frauen für das Finale qualifiziert. Louisa hat es mit einem 16. Platz leider nicht bei ihrer ersten Europameisterschaft geschafft. Nora ist mit einem

zufriedenstellendem 7. Platz in das Finale eingezogen. Gewonnen hat den Vorkampf Nadezhda Bazhina aus Russland. Um 13 Uhr findet dann der 3m Synchronvorkampf der Männer mit Patrick Hausding und Stephan Feck statt. Da das Feld aber nur aus 9 Paaren besteht, geht es hier lediglich um die Startreihenfolge für das Finale und die Duo’s können sich nochmal unter Wettkampfbedingungen einspringen.

divers qualified for the final. Louisa didn’t make it to the final at her first European Championships,

as she took the 16th place. Nora did make it to the final. She had a satisfying competition taking the 7th place. Winner of the 1m women prelims had been Nadezhda Bazhina from Russia. At 1 pm the 3m men synchronized event will begin. All  9 participants will qualify for the final, so it is going to be just a competition about the startlist. Also they can practice under competition conditions

Heute beginnt Tag 4. Wir beginnen um 10 Uhr mit dem 1m Wettkampf der Frauen. Die deutsche Mannschaft wird hier von Nora Subschinski und Louisa Stawczynski vertreten. Für Louisa ist es die erste Europameisterschaft an der sie teilnehmen darf. Sowohl Sie, als auch Nora haben gute Chancen sich für das Finale heute Nachmittag um 15.30 Uhr zu qualifizieren. Es folgt der 3m Synchronwettkampf der Männer. Patrick Hausding und Stephan Feck sind bekannte Gesichter im Teilnehmerfeld und stets vorne mit dabei. Es lässt sich also in beiden Wettkämpfen eine Medaille erhoffen.

Day 4 begins. First the 1m women event will take place. The german team will be represented by Nora Subschinski and Louisa Stawczynski. It’s the first European Championships for Louisa. Both, Louisa and Nora, got very good chances to qualify for finals.
After that we will see the 3m men synchronized event. Patrick Hausding and Stephan Feck are familiar faces in this kind of event.
The finals will be at 3.30 pm and 5.30 pm. The chances to win a medal today for the german Team are very good!
